Biofilm fundementals

By working together, microbes living in biofilms have become one of Earth's most successful living materials with developed abilities to perform a surprising range of functions--from cleaning water to producing electricity. By combining microfluidics and new new microscale analytical tools, we undertake fundemental studies of  bacterial biofilms.
